To help protect our staff and other service users, please stay at home and self-isolate for 14 days and do not visit our service if you or a member of your household have:

  • a new continuous coughOR
  • a high temperature (of 37.8 degrees centigrade or higher)

Here is some helpful guidance to help you whilst you are staying at home.  If you have serious symptoms you cannot manage at home, use NHS 111 online (please only call NHS 111 if they cannot get online)

Our service

To enable our staff to maintain essential services for our patients, we have had to pause or change the way we deliver some of our services in line with national guidance. This means we:

  • have suspended all our training classes for the foreseeable future
  • are offering telephone consultations as much as we can instead of face to face
  • have made it as easy as possible to contact us through a central number for all children’s services
    • Bedfordshire – 0300 555 0606
    • Luton – 0333 405 0087
