Early Advice sessions are available to book for children living in Bedford Borough, Central Bedfordshire or Luton who are pre-school age and younger. Your child must not be known to speech and language therapy already.

Once we have received your completed form and processed it, you will be sent a link via SMS to book your own appointment. Please note this link stays live for 7 days only. Any issues or if you need the link resending, please contact 0300 555 0606.
Please note that these short appointments are not suitable if your child has difficulties in a wider range of areas than just speech and language for example social interaction, autism, or behaviour. It is likely that a longer appointment will be necessary and that other professional support may also be needed. Please arrange with your health visitor or Early Years setting to complete a speech and language referral. This will ensure that you get the right help for your child.
This form must be completed by someone who has parental responsibility for the child.
