The Paediatric Speech and Language Therapy service in Luton and Bedfordshire is committed to ensuring this workshop is available for parents, carers and educational professionals who need it, as applicable. We currently offer this workshop free of charge at the point of contact.
Bookings for all workshops will close two working days before the date of the training. It is at the training administrator’s discretion if late bookings are processed.
Virtual training is delivered via Microsoft Teams. Please ensure you have access to a device with a camera and microphone as you will require these for participation in all of workshops.
You will receive a Microsoft Teams link and any necessary resources via email at least two working days before the workshop.
The Microsoft Teams link is intended for use only by the person it is sent to. Please do not share this link with anyone else. Participants who are not on the attendance list will be removed.
In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled, we will endeavour to give as much notice as possible and you will be offered a place on an alternative date.
If you are unable to attend a workshop, please give as much notice as possible via email to ccs.beds.childrens.slt.training@nhs.net.
If you need to swap a participant, please notify us of their name and email address as soon as possible so they can be sent all relevant emails.
For education settings: failure to notify us of non-attendance prior to the workshop will result in a penalty fee of £50 per participant.
Repeated non-attendance may result in restricted access to future workshops.
