Helping Children with eating, drinking & swallowing difficulties: A workshop for professionals
This is a workshop to support professionals working with pre-school and school aged children presenting with eating, drinking and swallowing difficulties
By attending this workshop, you will:
- Learn about the typical development of eating and drinking skills
- Learn about a normal swallow
- Learn about what can go wrong with eating, drinking and swallowing.
- Gain strategies that can support the development and safety of a child’s eating and drinking skills.
How to Book
This course is by invitation only as recommended by a Speech and Language Therapist. This is a virtual workshop hosted on MS Teams.
Places are limited to 15 participants per workshop and a maximum of 3 staff members from the same setting may attend together.
Please note: you must be able to attend BOTH course dates.
As of 01.09.22 a penalty fee may be incurred for non-attendance.
